Fry 1md sliced onion with little cooking oil to pink. Roast 1/2ts whole coriander-cumin seeds each & crush it in pestle and mortar. When the onions are pink add sliced 3 large tomatoes. Fry until the oil separates then add 3/4ts crushed chillies & salt. Mix, add crushed cumin seeds-coriander, 4 large sliced seekh kebab- see for its recipe on this channel. Mix & add fresh coriander & 4-5 green chillies. Cover & cook for 5-7 mins on low heat.
