An old man comes to a hospital for a leg X-ray. The staffer Rohan puts him under the X-Ray machine and as he does so , there is a fire alarm heard and the attendant goes running to see what has happened. But to his and the entire hospital staffs shock , there is no fire and it was a false alarm. The attendant comes back to the X-Ray room to continue his work but he finds Rohan stabbed to death and the old man is missing. CID arrives on the scene and the only clue to the killer they find is the X-Ray that was taken of him. The cops wonder why anyone would want to murder a simple hospital employee and that too when he had no enemies . The investigation into the case leads the cops to a pharmaceutical company and eventually the world of sports that is marred by performance enhancing drugs. The cops know that Rohan was connected to the steroid business and the only clue they have to the killer is a X-Ray.
