This is something I've done for as long as I can remember. I hated the smell of coconut but my mom would sit me down and massage it into my hair and told me I would get used to it. Well...mothers know best. I actually did get used to the smell and now I actually kinda like it but don't tell my mom..I like to make her think I hate it, still.

ANYWAY, massage this into your scalp and all throughout your hair, especially your ends about 3 times a week, preferably at night. Sleep on it and then shower the next morning and voila! Now, for me, it takes two showers to truly get the product out but it takes my sister just one shower. So, everyones hair is different, but I would definitely do this during days where you dont care how your hair looks since your hair looks super greasy when you have it in your hair. However, IT ALL PAYS OFF IN THE END. Your hair WILL be softer, shinier, STRONGER, healthier, filled with vitamins and good things, and so much more.

Also, if you have dandruff, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice into your mixture and you will see great results. If you do the lemon juice part, wash your hair after about 2 or 3 hours. You don't always have to keep it on all night even if you don't do the lemon juice part. A few hours will seriously do the trick. I really hope you try this out and after a few applications, please please PLEASE come back to this video and tell me how things worked out for you! The results are seriously amazing and you'll find yourself feeling more confident and like you're in some sort of Herbal Essences ad...no joke. Anyway, hope this helps!
