For the dough:
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup melted buter
4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup white sugar
Rapid rise yeast pack or 2.5 teaspoons yeast
*You can use a hand mixer, stand mixer, or a bread machine on dough setting to make the dough.
Set the dough aside for 30 minutes in a covered bowl at room temperature.
Sprinkle for cinnamon rolls:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter to spread on dough before sprinkling brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake cinnamon rolls for 15 minutes at 400F/200C.
Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe:
2 8oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter
1.5 cup powdered sugar (more if you prefer sweet over the cream cheese flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
