Jalebi recipe Ingredients
Flour 750g
Soda Bi carbonate 3g
Cream of Tartar 2g
Rung qat a pinch
Yellow food colour PRN
For the sirup
Water 1/2kg
Sugar one -1/2kg
Kewra some drops
Recipe technique
In a giant bowl combine along 1/2kg flour and spare water to a sleek and gushing consistency batter .
