Kadhai Gosht is a Mughlai dish, quite popular in wedding menu. Lamb pieces nicely cooked until luscious in aromatic and flavourful spicy gravy.



Yogurt ½ cup
Mutton 500 g
Turmeric pinch
Onions (medium size) 2 n
Tomatoes 4 n
Kadai masala 1 tb
Green chilly 3 n
Ginger juliennes 1 small piece
Coriander chopped ½ b
Mint chopped ½ b
Oil 1 tb
Chilly powder 1 ts

Heat oil in a pan add mutton, cook this mutton till brown, add salt, turmeric, slices of onions, tomatoes, cook this for 40 minutes till mutton is cooked , then add yogurt, kadai masala, green chilly, chilly powder, ginger juliennes, chopped coriander and mint and get it to the consistency required.
