These two exercises help to tighten the Coopers Ligament which is what supports our bust, but over time this becomes looser, a good way of thinking of it is that it is like a bra strap so if we want a little lift we always tighten our bra strap, well this is exactly what you are doing with these two moves as we re tighten the ligament so hey presto you naturally lift you bust. Do this every other day and you will see in two weeks a difference , so this workout is a girls best friend. x
