Yo SLIM JIM, are you frustrated with NOT being able to gain weight? Have you been skinny all your life? Would you sacrifice a small child to gain some muscle? Well LISTEN UP. I SAID LISTEN UP. I'm going to break down how an ectromorph, someone whos naturally skinny, should eat to gain weight. And if you do what I tell you, an ectomorph can put some SERIOUS mass on in a short period of time!

You see half the battle of gaining weight is getting your nutrition right. Well get ready to go from skinny bitch to BITCH who you calling skinny?

Count HOW Many Calories You Are Eating
Do you know how many calories you are eating a day? Probably not. If you are TRULY an ectomorph. You need to eat, like a lot. I'm talking at least 3500 calories a day. I had a male gymnast who had to eat 6000 calories to add 20 pounds of lean muscle to his frame. Find out the amount you currently eat, and every week add 250 calories until you actually start gaining weight.

Carbs Are Your Friend
Carbs influence insulin and insulin for ectomorphs can help trigger muscle growth. Eat a serving of carbs, 1 fruit, 1 sweet potato, 2 slices of sprouted grain bread, ½ of beans, ½ cooked oats with every meal except right before bed.

Get Dirty
Sometimes you can't make all your meals and you have to eat out. Thats fine, an ectomorph can get away with a burger or pizza here and there. And I don't restrict an ectomorph like I would a normal person. So bread, white rice, and pasta within limits are ok. Just remember cleaner food is always better. And your shit won't stink. Seriously.

Frequency is Key
You want to keep fuelling your throughout the day. You need to eat minimum 5 times a day, with 6 being even better. Pack your food in Tupperware and if anyone looks at you, just glare at them and bark *argh argh*

Ignore Supplements
Weight gainers, protein bars and whacky supplements WASTE your money, spend your money on your food. Or women. Trust me

2 Cups Goat Milk
2 Scoops Protein Powder
Heaping tablespoon natural peanut butter
Tablespoon of RAW Honey
Calories 800

Lunch
1 Grilled Chicken Breast
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
Mix together and eat like chicken and rice
Calories 600

Pre-Work Out
2 Bananas
2 Scoops Protein powder
400 calories

Post-Work Out
BIG Steak (12oz) cooked in Goat Butter (1 Tablespoon)
Large Sweet Potato Baked
800 calories

Dinner
6 Egg Whites 4 Whole Eggs Omlette
Lots of veggies cooked in olive oil
60 grams of goat cheese
2 slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Bread
800 calories

Late Night Snack
2 Cups of Whole Fat Goat Yogurt (or Greek)
1 Cup of Berries
400 calories
