Ing! Raw sugar/white sugar 4cups. Water 5cups. Self raising flour 1cup. Thickened cream/fresh cream 300ml, keep an eye on texture of the dough. Green cardamoms & full cream milk powder 2cups. Fry gulab jamans on md heat. Gulab jaman & sugar syrup should be lukewarm when you mix both.
Gulab jaman can be freez, when you eat take it out overnight & in the morning microwave it will be fresh. For nowadays to make gulab jaman this is the best recipe. Do not change anything in this recipe, you might go wrong
