​Ingredients:
300 g chickpeas, soaked in water for 12 hours
3 fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tomato concentrate CS
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
Salt pepper

Preparation:
Cook the chickpeas in plenty of salted water 1 tablespoon cumin. Cook for 45 minutes.
On the other hand, mix the tomato paste with paprika, pepper, olive oil and season. Then add some chopped parsley leaves.

When the chickpeas are cooked, add the tomato sauce and also add the fresh tomatoes cut into dice. Add 10 minutes of cooking.

Serve decorating the rest of chopped parsley.
