Our skin is the biggest organ of our body. It works as a major detoxifying organ. Our pores are constantly excreting body waste and that is one of the reasons we get unwanted skin blemishes such as pimples and blackheads. It is the body's self cleaning system!

I cannot stress enough the importance of your diet to get smooth, beautiful, blemish free skin
but there is a quick way to help your body to eliminate toxins through your skin.  All you need is less than 5 minutes a day and a dry brush to get smooth, beautiful, and glowing skin.

Here are some of the great benefits of dry brushing.

Removes dead skin cells
Helps eliminate toxins from the body
Stimulates and increases blood and lymph flow
Reduces/prevents cellulite
Improves muscle tone

How To Do Dry Brushing

Here are some things to remember when you do dry brushing. The best time to do dry brushing is first thing in the morning on dry skin.  Start with the soles of your feet and use a gentle circular motion working upward in the direction of the heart; heels, calf, knees, back of the thighs (the most affected area with the cellulite), buttocks, back, hands, arms and armpits. End dry brushing on your tummy area. You should feel increased blood circulation right away. Take a shower and wash off the dead skin cells. Do not forget to put moisturizer/lotion on your body.

You can make your own body cream lotion too!

What Kind Of Brush You Should Use For Dry Brushing

Make sure you use a brush with natural bristles. You can easily get it from natural stores and shops.
You can also get it online. This is the one I have been using for many years. My favorite dry brush. bit.ly/azdrybrush

Try this as a daily routine. If you have very sensitive, dry skin, use a towel instead of using a brush.
