1 Trick to lose belly fat:


It's Jonny and today I am here to talk to you about jumping rope using Jonny's 5 steps to jumping rope! I'm not a professional, but here's something I do know... jumping rope can burn a ton of fat and workouts like this can get you closer to the lean, toned body you've always wanted.

Video Breakdown:

0:41 Step 1: Get a rope. Jump ropes can be anywhere from 5-50 dollars. There are a lot of different styles, but before you train... you have to pick one!

1:55 Step 2: Hand placement. I recommend using a mirror to make sure your hands are even. You want to make sure you aren't hitting your foot or hurting yourself with uneven hand placement.

2:56 Step 3: Foot placement. Your feet need to be about shoulder width apart when you are a beginner.

4:04 Step 4: Hand movement. First of all you don't want to have a lot of arm movement. And what you actually want to do is use your wrists to control the rope.

5:35 Step 5: Keep your eye on the rope. The rope needs to be going over the head and under the feet... the benefit to this, is that you'll be able to see that you are properly jumping rope in the mirror.
