Bun Kabab is a sandwich, originating from the subcontinent. It is usually found in roadside stalls and in restaurants all across Pakistan. It is usually eaten along with a soft drink or by itself. Unlike a burger patty, the bun kebab is mixed with ground lentils, powdered cumin seeds, and an egg batter into a mixture which is then fried in ghee or oil. Chef Saadat is determined to explore this roadside snack all across Pakistan in this episode of National Ka Pakistan.
