Ingredients! Fresh coriander, ½ inch ginger, 6-7 green chillies, fresh beef mince- premium quality mince 3/4th kg. Onion 1 large sz and little butter. Salt, chilli powder, coriander powder ¾ of a ts each and ½ ts garam masala. For garam masala, see pasande recipe on this channel.
Dont's! low heat, longer kept on fire, less onions, mince without enough fat, grinded too much. T
They get ready in 3-4 min on very high flame means heat of coal not fire.
