Inder and Jhumpa arrive at Indira's house along with the police. Indira is shocked when Jhumpa accuses Munna of forging Inder's signature in order to take Rs 30,000 loan from a creditor. When Indira questions Munna about it, he refutes the accusation and tries to prove him innocent. Inder gets furious and slaps Munna. To prove Munna guilty, Inder shows the documents to Indira on which Munna had forged his signature. Indira and her mother are left shocked after seeing the documents. Jhumpa rejoices when the police arrest Munna. Indira's mother requests Inder to withdraw his complaint in order to get Munna freed. Jhumpa intervenes and insults Indira's mother. Indira gets furious and asks her to leave the house. Before leaving, a furious Jhumpa threatens to throw Indira and her family out of the house. Next morning, Rishi meets Inder in the market and casually starts discussing the earlier night's incident. Unaware that Inder was Indira's father, Rishi inadvertently insults him. Meanwhile, Indira notices Rishi conversing with Inder and warns him not to discuss their household matters with strangers. Munna, who has been arrested, does not regret cheating Inder. When Indira goes to the police station to bail Munna, she realizes that Munna talks in an arrogant tone. Indira realizes that Munna was not regretting his mistake at all and continued to remain arrogant. She therefore changes her mind and refuses to bail Munna. When walking out of the police station, one of the policemen taunts Indira for being arrogant and egotistical about being a woman who earns for the family. He instigates Munna saying that Indira did not care for him therefore did not free him. Indira gets furious but does not argue back.
