We often get asked for choreography that offers ab work or ab isolation, so here you go! We're going to address a few things about this choreography first. 1.) we love the body roll because of its fitness focus on abs. We know not everyone is comfortable with it. Please modify it with the "upper-lower lean" that is demonstrated immediately following the body roll. 2.). The "booty shake" in the chorus is actually intended to focus on quads and hamstrings and is more of a moving squat than a booty shake...but that move was hard to translate on video! Always feel free to modify moves as you see fit and make it your own!
