Walkout from Pushup Position
STEP 1:
Start in push-up position with your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your feet.

STEP 2:
Walk your hands forward past your head as far as you can without letting your hips drop. Then walk them back to return to the starting position.
