Bagh-e-Fidak was a garden which was bestowed upon Holy Prophet (SAW) as his share after Ghazwa-e-Khaiber. During his (SAW) lifetime, it was considered by all as the property of the Prophet (SAW).After Holy Prophet (SAW) passed away, Hazrat Abu-Bakar (RA) became the Caliph and included Bagh-e-Fidak in Caliphate property to use its income in Bait-ul-Mal. At that time Hazrat Fatima (SA) asked Hazrat Abu-Bakar (RA) to hand her down Bagh-e-Fidak in inheritance, since she considered it to be the property of Holy Prophet (SAW).
