This versatile decorating technique can also be used for Christmas Snow Globes, Winter Wonderland parties and lots more!
Tools & Equipment:
Silicone giant cupcake case (the flexible silicone ones are best)
2 x paintbrushes (one for wet and one for dry)
Zip lock bag
Fondant rolling pin
Thin blue ribbon
Snowflake cookie cutters (I used plunge cutters)
Small (3"-4") Frozen figurines - I got mine on ebay for less than $20!
9" presentation cake board
4" circle cutter
4" cardboard cake board (or a piece of trimmed cardboard)
Small round bowl - Mine had a 4" opening at the top which is the ideal size. You can go smaller, but try not to go larger than 4.5" as it needs to fit on the base of your giant cupcake mould
Baked giant cupcake base (see link below for giant cupcake basics)
Melted white chocolate tinted blue, or melted blue candy melts (approx 400g)
Nutella (large jar) or whatever frosting you desire
White fondant (recipe link for DIY fondant below)
