As our way of saying thanks, we hit the gym and shot a down n' dirty segment on our typical Biceps & Triceps routine.
4 Exercises for Triceps, 4 Exercises for Biceps. 1 Warmup Exercise a piece and 4 sets per exercise with a higher rep range and lower weight.
We try and switch our routines up constantly to keep things fresh and have our bodies always wondering what the hell is coming up next and this little workout is good for running in the gym, busting it out and getting the eff outta there before your muscles even know what him 'em.
Workout should take about 60 minutes with around 60-90 seconds rest between each set.
