Wide Grip Chin Ups*: 4 sets of 10 reps
Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 12-10 reps
Single Arm Isolateral Press: 3 sets of 15-12 reps
Flat Chest Machine Press: 3 sets of 12-10 reps
Seated Machine Flyes*: 3 Sets of 15-12
Lying Dumbbell Pullover*: 3 sets of 12 reps
