At the Opening Ceremonies of the Kamloops International Bantam Ice Hockey Tournament, there was a PA failure that prevented the playing of the National Anthems before the game between the Hungarian National Under 16 team and the local Kamloops (British Columbia) bantams. The Kamloops crowd sang the American Anthem for our neighbours (who have three teams in attendance at the tournament), but when it came time for the Hungarian Anthem to be sung, 15 year old hockey player Laszlo Horvath, at the spur of the moment, stepped up to do the job. Great job Laszlo!!
