Justin Bieber is kissing his rumored new girlfriend in his “What Do You Mean” video.

This morning, Justin Bieber released his new song “What Do You Mean.” Now, he’s previewing the music video for the song, and it’s pretty steamy.
Justin Bieber is on his comeback tour. He just released a new song, a new lyric video and he’s about to perform “What Do You Mean” on the MTV VMAs this weekend.
On top of all of that, he’s going to release the music video for the song after the VMAs on Sunday!
Justin posted a teaser of the video on Instagram, take a look at this clip featuring actor John Leguizamo:

It looks like a movie! Justin captioned the Instagram post “you got the song and the lyric video. Now the #whatdoyoumean music video come out on @vevo 11 pm est on sunday after #VMAs. Here is a teaser :) love you guys”
If you’re wondering who the girl in the video is, it’s Justin’s rumored new girlfriend, Xenia. Justin just talked about her on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning, and he seemed pretty smitten. Over the weekend, Justin even posted and then deleted a pic of his and Xenia’s feet, so they’ve clearly been hanging out. Maybe he’ll bring her as his date to the VMAs this weekend! We wonder what Selena Gomez thinks about this….
