Shan Sindhi Biryani Masala Spice Mix - Easy to cook Recipe

- 1 packet of Shan Sindhi Biryani Masala Spice Mix
- 1 kg beef
- 3 1/2 cups of rice washed and soaked
- 2 to 3 thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt whipped
- 2 medium finely sliced onion
- 2 tablespoon of garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons of ginger paste
- 10 to 20 whole small green chillies
- 1 cup of fresh coriander chopped
- 1 cup of mint leaves chopped
- 1 cup of cooking oil
- Food coloring
- Salt to taste


- Fry onions until golden brown
- Add Meat, Ginger, Garlic paste and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add Shan Sindhi Biryani Masala Spice Mix
- Mix well and add yogurt
- Mix well and let it come to a boil
- Add Water to cover meat and let it come to a boil again
- Cook on medium heat until meat is soft and gravy is thick
- Wash and Soak Rice
- Half cook Rice in a separate container and add salt to taste
- Drain out the water from Rice
- Layer Rice and Meat
- Turn stove on full
- Add coriander, green chilies, tomatoes, mint and food colour
- Cover it and let it cook for about 10 minutes on low heat
- Give it a good mix, turn the stove off, cover it and let it sit for another 10 minutes
- Serve it with Raita (see Recipe on this channel)
