A love story where the boy never gets the girl!
Sunil belongs to a middle-class family and is pursuing his career with a music group despite his dad’s disapproval. Sunil is in love with Anna but Anna takes him only as a friend. Sunil is persistent about Anna but she openly declares her love for Chris. In order to impress his dad, Sunil forges his examination results and later confesses to his family. Will this change Sunil's ways? Will Anna change her mind about Sunil or will she get married to Chris?
Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na was a musical blockbuster of the 90’s. The director of the film ‘Kundan Shah’ started his career with the cult film “Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro” & introduced India to satirical comedy. He made his comeback to cinema in 1993. He directed the famous ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’ and wrote the screenplay for the film. The film is a comic love story and also displayed new aspects to its credit. The film was much acclaimed and both Shah Rukh Khan and Kundan Shah were appreciated for their work. In 1994, Shah Rukh Khan received the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Performance for his role in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and Kundan Shah won the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Movie.
