Dear friends presenting Chicken Karahi, Karachi Restaurant Style

INGREDIENTS: Chicken skinless, small pieces: 1 Kg
Tomato: 500 Gm
Ghee/Oil: 1 Cup
Green Chili: 6
Chopped Ginger: 2 Tbsp full.
Ginger paste: 1 1/2 Tbsp
Garlic Paste: 3/4 Tbsp
Hara Dhanya (Cilantro): For garnishing
Red chili Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
Crushed Red Chili: 1 Tbsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp or to taste.
Basic Garam Masalah: 1 Tbsp
Jyfal & Javetry: 1/4 Tbsp total
Ajino Moto (MSG): 1 Tbsp
Corn Starch: 1/2 Tbsp (Not mentioned in the video but used when added chopped ginger and sliced green chilli.
