mini baloons of fried dough served with tanzy dip and drink sauce
Pani used in filling the small round poori is a concoction combining water and few spices and stuffed with any of your favorite concoctions. stuffing can be anything that you like which includes mashed boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, onions, yoghurt, chilli sauce, chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.



1 tbsp maida
1 cup sooji (semolina)
1 pinch urad flour (optional)


make a stiff dough and roll into thin sheets and cut into roundlea and deep fry
use them to serve pani poori
