"Nit-Witty Kitty" (fragment), is a 1951 one-reel animated cartoon and is the 61st Tom and Jerry cartoon released. It was released to theaters on October 6, 1951, by Metro-Goldwyn Mayer.
The dubbed version of this cartoon airing on Cartoon Network and Boomerang is missing Mammy's line "It says here, a sharp blow on the head is a sure cure for amnesia" as she creeps stealthily towards a sleeping Tom near Jerry's mouse hole. Boomerang (EMEA) also contains the dubbed version.
In this episode, both characters lose.
Fragments of the cartoon series will appear in the "Shutter Bugged Chat" in 1967.
