Transfer the 4 egg whites into a large bowl Add half a cup of sugar Keep beating untill eggs are really thick and white Take the egg yolks in another large bowl Add half a cup of sugar Add 3 tbs. Vegetable oil And 3 tbs. of hot water Add flour, vanilla powder and baking powder after you sift them Add the egg whites Slowly mix it as you see here Dust some flour into the greased cake pan, to avoid sticking Cover the bottom of the tray with aluminum foil Make sure it is spread evenly Bake for around 20 to 25 minutes on 170C (330F) pre-heated oven
