Ingredients: Flaked chillies/ crushed chillies 1tbs full, 3tbs full bhuni huwe chane ki daal/ roasted split gram and 2tbs full poppy seeds. If you don’t find poppy seeds, take kaju/ cashewnut and if you don’t find roasted split gram take 2tbs besan/ gram flour dry roast it.
In spices, 1ts full chilli powder, 1ts full salt and 1/3rd ts turmeric powder. ¾ cup greek style yogurt/ natural yogurt. 1 md sz onion, 1 whole garlic, 1- 1 ½ inch ginger and paw paw/ papapa/ kacha papita finger sz with skin on. If you don't find raw papaya use any tenderizer which is available in grocery shops and it's also said that marrow/ kiwi fruit is also used as a tenderizer. Fresh chicken 1
