How do you get big arms?

Are there other ways to grow huge arms, other then biceps curls?

Should I train biceps multiple times a day or week?

Here's the deal, you've got to strategically stimulate your arms to get them to grow and you only need to train them once a week, at a high intensity. I share the best exercise to build biceps size in my ebook (which I give away for free) over at joecarabase.com but in this video I share with you a secret trick I call Uneven Isolation.

Essentially you're doing two different exercises at once, with different weights. Exercise #1 is a concentration curl across your chest. As you're doing this, you're performing exercise #2 with the other arm, which is a Farmers Carry.

The concentration biceps curl isolates the biceps head because your arm is pressed against your chest v.s in free air. When your arm is pressed against your chest, you force isolation.

The Farmers Carry is my favorite forearm exercise. In this video, I'm using fat grips on both dumbbells. Fat gripz challenge your grip strength, working your forearm and lower biceps head. Another way to perform Farmers Carries is with heavy dumbbells and/or with heavy bars.

Another key aspect of Uneven Isolation is that your brain & body have to communicate on a different level to move one arm, as the other arm stays still.
