2 ripe mangoes- 1 puréed and another cut into cubes, 1 nestle sweetened condensed milk 375ml, 2 mango jelly packets 85g each and boiling water 450ml and jelly mould.
Mix the jelly crystals in hot water, add condensed milk to the jelly water when it comes to room temperature else the milk will curdle, add puréed mango and mango cubes. Set this mixture in a jelly mould / any non stick baking dish/ tin. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours/ overnight. It's a very easy and tasty recipe.
