Rachna Gupta (17) used to live in a small town with her sister Shruti, father Rameshwar and mother Sunita. Rachna who was looking forward to a bright future was abducted one evening. Her father searched every possible place the whole night but could not find her. The next morning, two youngsters Farid and Aslam from a nearby basti came to Rachna's house and informed the family that Rachna was at their house. The family rushed to the basti and found Rachna in a devastated condition. She was trembling and was unable to speak. Mubina, Farid and Aslam's mother told them that Rachna reached their home early in the morning; she was badly bruised and bleeding. Rachna was in a state of shock; she was gang raped.
