15 Killer Back Exercises to mix up your Back Workouts. I hate to break it to you, but bench presses and bicep curls alone will not get you the buff upper body you're after. A muscular and well-defined back will help balance out your frame, improve your posture and make you look great in a tank top come summertime. So I've compiled a list of 15 Killer Back Exercises to help you do just that. I recommend you throw in 1 or 2 of these exercises to help mix up your workouts.
