Ingredients: 1 medium onion, ½ cup cooking oil, ¾ kg lamb meat, 1 whole garlic, 1 ¼ ts full salt, 1ts cumin seeds, 1ts coriander powder, ½ ts turmeric powder and 1ts full chilli powder, 1 tomato, 2 md-large sz potatoes, 3½ cups water and fresh coriander
Note: In very watery dishes such as like aaloo gosht shorbha use 1¼ts of salt, curry dishes you need 1ts salt and dishes which does not have that much curry and is a pasty dish you need ¾ ts
