About Saturn:
Saturn was formed in the year 2004 after what we can call an experimental jam session the two brothers Salman and Shahbaz had with Hasham. Hasham carrying his influences forward changed the riff completely and wanted to work on the riff giving it the shape of the well known debut track 'Raakh'. Saturn stormed the Islamabad music scene with their first single raakh and gave birth to what they call Pakistani Progressive metal. Saturn is truly a Progressive Rock \ Metal Band, they believe the music they make carry dark and gloomy pictures of not only the society but also the lives of people around them. The first single "Raakh" was produced by Sarmad Ghafoor and recorded at S&M Studios in Islamabad and the video was directed by Zeeshan Parwez.
