Hey Dudes, this is our "How to Bulk Up & Gain Weight" in our 'Teen Beginner's Bodybuilding Training' series. We wanted to start with the very basics and cover some food & exercise advice which has really helped us to get big and also helped Jack (who is a hardgainer) to gain weight and put on muscle mass as well.

JACK'S DAILY EATING ROUTINE:

He drinks about a gallon of water daily

Breakfast
4 whole eggs
4 slices of turkey bacon
1 cup oatmeal
slice of wheat toast w/ peanut butter
1 scoop of whey protein

Snack
1 large Apple w/ peanut butter or 1 scoop of weight gainer

Lunch
1 chicken beast w/ sweet potato and spinach salad

Pre- workout shake
2 scoops whey protein w/ 2 cups milk, 2 table spoons of peanut butter, and one whole banana... Blended with ice

Post workout shake
2 scoops whey protein w/ low fat chocolate syrup, and 2 cups milk

Snack
Low fat Greek yogurt w/ granola

Dinner
Any kind of meat like: fish, chicken, steak w/ sweet potato, steamed vegetables

Before bed
2 scoops casein protein
