Dr Shettles, the pioneer of natural gender selection recommends assuming different sexual positions for the conception of a boy, or girl. According to his theory, male sperm are faster but more fragile than female sperm. In addition, acidic environments harm Y sperm, making conception of a girl more likely. The Shettles method aims to exploit these two factors.
Boy sperm swim faster, but more fragile, than the female sperm. When exposed to the acidic vaginal fluid, the boy sperm dies fast.
To conceive a boy, the man should try for deep penetration at the time of ejaculation. This will help deposit the sperm closest to the cervix, where secretions are more favorable to the male-producing sperm. Vaginal penetration from the rear is recommended when trying for a boy. This position helps ensure that the sperm are deposited near the opening of the cervix rather than in the two spaces adjacent to it, the so-called cul-de-sac and the posterior fornix.
Summary: To conceive a boy, try deep penetration and rear entry position
