Ingredients needed to make roti at home-

Whole wheat flour-2 cups
water-1 cup

-- In a bowl, take wheat flour and add water little by little to form a dough.
-- Cover dough and let it rest for 10 mins
-- Divide dough into lemon size balls and roll rotis as shown in video.
-- cook roti on tava first and then later directly on flame.
-- Perfectly puffed and very Soft rotis are ready to be served.
Enjoy roti hot or warm with any sabji of your choice.
