Ingredients:
1 ½ - Kg: Basmati Rice ( Good Quality )
{ Soak in water for 15 Minutes before cooking}
1 -- cup: Chicken (Boiled & Shredded)
4 -- cups: Mixed Frozen Vegetable ( Boiled )
{green beans, carrots, peas, potatoes, green bell peppers & corns}
¾ - cup: Cooking oil
1 -- cup: Green Onions (Thin Sliced)
1 -- tab: Garlic (Chopped)
1 -- tab: White Vinegar
1 -- tsp: Soy Sauce
1 -- tsp: Ajinomoto
2 ½ - tbs: Salt (or) to taste { I always used 3 ½ tbs}
For Omelet:
6 -- Eggs
¼ - tsp: Salt
1 -- Pinch of Yellow food color
{ Note:- You need 1 1/2 glass of water for cooking 1 glass of rice}
