Check out this Bicep workout for building massive, ripped biceps. This workout is all about high reps to recruit as many muscle fibers in those biceps as possible and also a lot of different angles to make those biceps grow. I found when it comes to putting some mass on those biceps it is not about the amount of weight you move but strict form,different angles and high volume.
