Daya got more irritated and angry on sundar and she promises so as not to keep any relations with him from now onwards. And also, she informs everyone that even she wont leave with jethalal anymore because she is badly ashamed for whatever happened and for which she wont be able to face jethalal who is a true man. And so she feels that rather cursing herself everyday its better to leave the home. Jethalal consoles her and makes her feel that he cannot manage to live without her but still daya donot listen to him and gets ready to go Ahmedabad. While leaving, champaklal enters home and finds the situation weird to which he tries to understand and then clears that no one is a thief for this mobile as it was his mistake when he was finding his specs, sundars bag was open and everything felt down from it and so he tried to put everything inside again properly and thought that mobile box is also sundars property that has felt out from the bag and so he dropped into his bag. This clarification of champaklal has just brought a new life for sundar, jethalal and daya. Then iyer comes so as to collect the amount of money as he says that he already sended that mobile to babitas brother, buying it from some other store and now he wants his money back that jethalal had taken as an advance for the mobile. Knowing this jethalal gets irritated but returns the money and enjoys the time with daya and feels relieved as the problem has finally been solved
The show is inspired from the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Undha Chasma' written by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues which are socially relevant.The show predominantly revolves around 'Jethalaal' (Dilip Joshi) who is an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your 'Taarak Mehta' (Sailesh Lodha), is his neighbour. 'Jethalaal' finds a friend and philosopher in 'Taarak Mehta' and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal's family includes his simpleton wife 'Daya Ben' (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son 'Tapu' (Bhavya Gandhi). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned 'Jethalaal' to reform 'Tapu' or else be prepared to leave the premises. Lost hopes of being heard by his son pushes Jethalaal' to call his father 'Champaklal' (Amit Bhatt) from the village. This was his great idea of leashing some control over the mischievous Tapu. The opposite happens and the grandfather joins hands with the grandson to make life a roller coaster troublesome ride for Jethalaal.
