If you do not have hours of time each day to train your flexibility you will probably want to limit yourself to doing only 5 minutes. Luckily, 5 minutes of flexibility training is a great way to drastically improve your flexibility level!

Hold each exercise for 3 sets of 10 seconds or 2 sets of 15 seconds, where you try to increase the intensity of the stretch (i.e. stretch further) with each set.
