Ingredients for khoya! 2 cups full cream milk powder, 200ml thickened cream. This is fresh cream its called whipping cream in US and double cream in UK.
Ingredients for sugar syrup! ¾ cup white sugar and ¼ cup water.
Other ingredients! 3 drops of rose water max, 2 green cardamoms powdered, thinly sliced badam.
This barfi can be kept 1-1 ½ week in fridge, it will be fresh or you can freez this as well. It is firm when its cold.
