Kolkata audition has a disappointing start with too many bumpy voices, but as the show progressed, judges found some very good singers coming in. Mentioned below are few contestants selected for Mumbai mega audition: Mumpee Nair sings "Raina Biti Jaye", mentors are very happy with Mumpee s performance, they gave her Rs-500- as a token of appreciation. Sniti Mishra bewitched the judges with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's song, "Mora Saiyan to Hain Pardes". Karma Sherpan sings "Nainon Ki Mat Suniyon Re" from the movie "Omkara". Shreyasi Chakraborty sings "Aaj Ki Raat" from the movie "Don", she sang perfectly to impress the judges. Trisha sings "Main pyaar teri" from the movie "Ek Duje Ke Liye". Anshuman sings classical song, but mentor Vishal asked for another performance and he sang "Zara Si Dil Mein De Jagah Tu" from the movie "Jannat". Smita sings "Padaro Mhare desh", Rajasthani Folk Song. Sung by, Suresh Kaul. Bishak Jyoti: He initially failed to impress mentor Vishal when he sang "Yaar ko Maine, yaar ne mujhe sone na diya" from the movie "Sheesha", though his singing was good enough but according to judges, he was copying famous singer Kunal Gunjawala. Shekhar asked for another song and this time Bisakh Jyoti sang brilliantly. Gargi Bhuyan sings "Dil Dhadkane Ka Sabab Yaad Aaya". Mentors appreciate her performance, but she was not qualified for the show as she was underage.
