This is the video of a 27y old mother of a 3 year old, professional teacher.
She presented with dysphonia, for more than 6 months.
When I examined initially 6 months ago, I felt it was a case of developing nodule and put her on voice therapy. However she didn't improve with it. Also, she was not very regular with her voice therapy.
She then came back last week seeking further evaluation.
When I did a stroboscopic examination, I felt, the mucosal waves were absent from a part of the VC o the R side, which made me think whether there is an intrachordal cyst developing. However it was not very convincing enough.
