Jennifer Christine Fichter, a 29-year-old teacher at Central Florida Aerospace Academy, was arrested Monday night and charged with six counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The minor in question is a 17-year-old boy, so he's old enough to be tried as an adult, but apparently still not old enough to actually try an adult.

In January of this year, the 17-year-old's mother caught him sneaking around at night. When she questioned him on his sneakiness, he made up a crappy lie and she quickly caught him out. Let this be a lesson to sexual predators, kids make crappy liars.

Anyway, when she inspected his phone, she found lewd texts from Fichter under two assumed names, but the boy clarified that for her. Then, she did the parental thing and forgot about it until Monday of this week, four months after she found out.

For some reason, Monday was the day she decided to get the police involved. Who knows, maybe the English teacher started giving her underaged lover failing grades. With officers listening in, she phoned up Fichter and questioned her about her relationship with the 17-year-old. Fichter responded with a string of cringe inducing admission. Indeed, the teacher confessed, they had sex in her truck and in hotels and a number of other places.

Not content to merely introduce the boy to adult relationships, she also gave him a lesson in family planning when she found out he'd knocked her up. That's right, he gave her a bun in the oven, but she got it taken care of.

The teacher also confessed she was in love she said and had no regrets. Which is good, because the cops heard everything. Fichter was arrested at her apartment in Davenport 90 minutes later.
