Chicken Tikka Gravy | चिकन टिक्का | Easy Cook with Food Junction

Today we are going to cook Chicken Tikka Gravy
Add some oil to the pan and let it heat
Add some cumin seeds, some chopped ginger and garlic and then add lots of chopped onions.
Toss the mix around, let it brown.Cover it with lid for 2 mins.
Add a teaspoon of salt, mix it and let it cook with lid for a minute.
Remove the lid, the onions have now been cooked.
Now add some Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Dried Cumin Powder.
Cover the mix with a lid and let it cook for a couple of mins.
Now add 2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste and mix it all in.
Again, cover it with a lid and let it cook.
2 mins later, the Masala has now cooked.
Now add 2 tablespoons tomato puree.Mix it in and let it cook with a lid on.
One minute later, the mix has now cooked.
Add some water and bring it to a boil.
Once the water has boiled, add 6 pieces of pre-cooked Chicken Tikka pieces.
Add some freshly chopped coriander.
Cover the Chicken Gravy with a lid and let it cook.
5 mins later, remove the lid.
Chicken Tikka Masala Gravy is now ready to eat!
