#1 Oil massage - Gently massaging your breasts at least twice a week with olive oil will help add firmness to the skin. It also improves the skin tone and texture. The massage draws blood to the surface of the skin, thus increasing the blood flow, stimulating muscle growth and repairing cells.
#2 Hydrotherapy - After you shower, turn the shower off so the water comes from the spout. Rinse your breast with warm water for a minute. Switch to cold water and rinse your breast with cool water for 20 seconds. Try doing it every time you shower, and be sure to end with cold water.
There are several yoga poses that help tone the breast muscles. The cobra pose (bhujangasana) is one of them.
Like in yoga, there are quite a few excercises that help tighten and tone the breast muscles.
#5 Ice massaging.
