Surgery Performed in México 2011. Our patient underwent Frontal-Orbital Tumor Via /Parietal/Temporal window access surgery. Placed in the supra-orbital chamber. A non-metastatic 3X4cm granulated mass of about 12 gm. was found. This particular patient had experienced right Proptosis, right side Diplopia, recurrent right hemisphere cephalea, occasionally nausea subjectively due to current cephalea but no vertigo at all. Intraocular Hypertension stage II was detected as well.

Patient did successfully well on his post-operatory period. Gradual recovery of symptoms as expected. Minor early but no long term complications post surgery. Eventually within 30 days full recovery of state from initial condition. Now days patient health is stable according to the scheduled approaches. No minimal signs of neoplastic mass growth has been detected in the surrounding operation area according to 3 MRI performed in the following year and a half.
